The placement drive week is the most important period for B. Ed. Semester-4 students and it is conducted over a period of few weeks. For students, this is a golden chance of getting selected in the schools as PRTs, TGTs or PGTs, as they have multiple opportunities to get hired. This year too, Shiva Institute of Management Studies organized placement drive in its own campus. Semester-4 students had been interviewed by the Principals and HR team from various reputed schools of Noida, Ghaziabad and Greater Noida.
